The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, has resigned. "I decided to resign as the Prime Minister of Ukraine," he said. He also informed that the decision on his resignation will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada on April 12th. "We cannot allow the destabilization of the executive branch during a war.
